Does shared mailbox allow to rename categories?
Hello Guys, I have question in mind, does the shared mailbox in Outlook allow to be rename categories? As I've tried on my side it only can create new one but cannot rename the current one. S...
It does, however to work with this (and many other) functionality, you need to add the shared mailbox as additional account in Outlook (via File > Add account).
