Disable the ability to copy meetings on shared calendars

Hello,

I know with the 2311 update meeting copying was disabled (Though it is still working on 2312.) Is there a way to disable it on a global level. We would love to follow best practices, unfortunately there are some people that do not always follow the rules and copying meetings causes issues.
