Disable guest accounts from showing in "Check Names" pop-up

Some users within the organization have a licensed Microsoft account and a guest account for a custom app integration. When sending an email to users with double accounts, the "Check Names" dialog box pops up to confirm which user to send the mail to.

Is there a way to disable the guest accounts from showing in the "Check Names" pop-up?
