Disable Ctrl+enter to send mail

Send a message to Microsoft to fix this by leaving New Outlook and returning to Classic Outlook. As of Sept 2026 you then get an option to tell them why you left. Tell them impacting productivity, or similar reason and link to this article or another you like about this issue. Hopefully they'll fix the abysmal shortcut control on Windows in general, but at least provide more granularity over shortcuts and the Ctrl Enter send email shortcut in particular.
