Keyboard shortcuts for executing actions are always in demand. However, sending an email typically doesn’t require one. That’s why in Classic Outlook, the option to disable it is also available.
As far as I’ve seen, the New Outlook doesn’t offer a dedicated keyboard shortcut for sending emails.
