It appears that new outlook now only allows you to turn off all keyboard shortcuts, rather than specific ones. I understand it is beneficial for unification between apps/platforms but it does seem like a regression in accessibility to me.
Since I sent an email early and that can potentially cause confusion/reputational issues, I am just going to turn all shortcuts off in outlook.
