Digital Certificate dont work on outlook

I used a digital certificate from company "x", and outlook worked with that certificate. I had to change my digital certificate, from company "y". The digital certificate works, it is being used by Adobe Acrobat for digital signature with the digital certificate, however in Outlook you cannot see the Digital Certificate, what can I do so that I can sign my emails with the new certificate?
