Desktop - Old Outlook vs New Outlook Signature Formatting

Our company is currently redoing our email signatures. Some of the office is using the old outlook and some are using the new outlook.

The line spacing and image size between the two doesn't seem consistent. I have tried using a line break after every line. I've tried multiple tables, intents, formatting but when I switch from old to new outlook the spacing is never the same.
