My account is mailto:cjiang66@wisc.edu, however, after changing my password of my school account, I could not log in it on the outlook app. I tried to turn off my phone, I tried to clear the cache, and I tried to delete the app and then re-download it. However, none of the methods work for me. I don’t know what I should do. It’s really inconvenient to live without this app for me!
