Delivery Optimization: Scenarios and configuration options

Hello, when I view a delivered message in my sent file that I have tagged for delivery notification I cannot find the "show" and "tracking" buttons / fields. "Message" is there but show and tracking are nowhere to be found. Thanks for any help, Russ
