Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups

Hi,
When someone sends me an email, I receive it but also receive an email of failure of forwarding it to another email. I have turned off the forwarding yet there is no change.
Can someone please help me.
The error message is "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups"
