Deleting Outlook app from 365 Business

I have a Microsoft 365 Business Basic account and want to remove the Outlook app.  My business email account is managed by my web host.  I'm thinking it's ok to remove the app from 365 but just checking if it will cause any issues. As mentioned it is connected to my web hosting account. Thanks
