Deleting an item that won't delete?

I'm using the new Outlook (as an app) on my PC. There is one [draft] item in the delete folder that won't delete no matter what I do. It's an email from 2023. I've tried deleting it from the deleted folder, deleting it from the restore area, moving it to other folders and deleting it, sending it as an email. None has worked - it keeps reappearing in the deleted folder. At the same time, it does not appear online in the email provider for that account, nor does it appear in the desktop version of Outlook 2019. How can I get rid of it? Thank you in advance!

    1. Quick Solution
    Forced Deletion Steps
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on the item to be deleted
    Press the Delete key
Empty the ‘Deleted Messages’ folder immediately.
    2.Cache Mode Repair
    powershell
    outlook.exe /cleanviews
    3.Rebuild Navigation Pane
    Close Outlook
    Run the command:
    powershell
    outlook.exe /resetnavpane
    4. Scan for PST files
File > Account Settings > Data Files
Select Data Files > Settings > Start Maintenance
Tick ‘Scan for errors’ and ‘Compress files’.
    5. Safe Mode Troubleshooting
    Close Outlook
    Run
    powershell
    outlook.exe /safe
Try to remove in safe mode
