All my drafts and deleted emails are under my personal email&nbsp;not under the&nbsp;shared mailbox folder.

Hi Sabash1991,This is expected behavior but there is a workaround:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/email-management/deleted-items-go-to-wrong-folderMy advice:- Be very careful when making changes to the registry- Don't delete items but rather move them to another folder if you want to keep your inbox clean
