I know this is a somewhat old post but I was wondering if you were ever able to get something accomplished? We are looking to apply a meeting template organization wide through hopefully GPO but I haven't been able to get anything working either.
If anyone has any advice that would be helpful. I know Victor has promoted an add-on but I'd love to be able to quickly use GPO/registry or something similar.
You can deploy a COM add-in via group policy ;)
