Daily Download of .pst file

I recently got a new computer, exported a .pst file for my Outlook and used DropBox as a jump drive to get it on the new computer. On the new computer everything imported and it's been working fine. But it takes forever to open Outlook. I noticed in my downloaded folder, the Outlook .pst file is there - every day like a new fresh download. I know that's not right but I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?

    Hi livingwaterLV,

    I would recommend storing the PST at another location on your computer that is not synced to DropBox.

      MathieuVandenHautte I'm hesitant to do that because some of the things I read said it could cause an error in my Outlook - i.e. it doesn't download new emails, etc.

       

      What is your opinion on that?
