Is it there possible to enter Cyber Monday in Outlook? Definition: Cyber Monday = Monday after Black Friday Black Friday = Friday after Thanksgiving Day

Black Friday: The fourth Friday of November.
Cyber Monday: The last Monday of November.

In 2024 Black Friday will be the 5'th friday and Cyber Monday the first monday of december
We need Outlook to give us the possibility to say "4'th thursday+1" or something like that
