I have good news for you. The Outlook Online version allows settings for single and multiple Email Reminders. Check out the images below.

And, you can choose a custom time.

thanks for the tip, but this is absolutely ridiculous. why sending emails and not simple notifications? I already receive hundreds of emails every day! I can't believe a so basic functionality can't be available in outlook
