Hi Jerome Lena.
you can set any address as Reply-To: one in Outlook for Windows.
Create a message and populate the "Have replies sent to:" field.

In fact you can do the same thing in OWA with SetReplyAddress for Outlook 365 add-in.
The add-in is free for personal users.
