cortana briefing email not working in desktop

Hi

Error in recently rolled out cortana brefing email. When clicking done or remind me on the task, error message "the action could not be completed" every time

    Hi,

    I get the same issue if I open the mail and try to action, but I notice it works ok if the mail is left in the preview pane and actioned from there.  Not ideal but might work for you until bug is resolved. Hopefully you can clear down that ever increasing 'to do' list!

      For me it doesn’t work in preview in outlook desktop. It does work on iOS

        Hi Dave,

         

        Yeah, just tried that this morning - again, didn't work on Outlook client on desktop but it did work on Outlook for Android.  No help to you, I guess, but confirming we're both seeing a similar issue with the desktop client.
