copy-paste problem
When sentences are copied from PDF file and pasted into Outlook message, the spaces between sentences are all eliminated and it becomes one, long and continuous sentence.
What can be done to rectify this anomaly?
To fix the issue of spaces being eliminated when copying and pasting text from a PDF into Outlook, you can:
- Use Paste Special: Choose "Unformatted Text" or "HTML Format" for pasting.
- Use Notepad: Paste the text into Notepad first to remove formatting, then copy it to Outlook.
- Adjust Paragraph Settings: After pasting in Outlook, adjust the paragraph spacing settings for proper spacing between sentences.
I can't find both Paste Special and Paragraph Settings.
Where are they?
