contacting Outlook.com security team
How I can I reach someone in the Outlook.com security team, ideally via the phone or chat?
Per the Microsoft Store support team, my account has been prevented from making new purchases at the Microsoft store due to "suspicious activity." The store team says that they're unable to explain this further or work with me to begin to address this, explaining that the "suspicious activity" designation was assigned by the Outlook.com security team. How can I get in touch with that team?

Hi trader298,
There is no direct way to contact the Outlook.com security team. However, you can try the following methods:
Contact Microsoft Support. When you contact Microsoft Support, explain the situation and let them know that you would like to be transferred to the Outlook.com security team. They may not be able to do this, but it is worth trying.
Submit a feedback form. You can submit a feedback form to Microsoft and explain the situation. Be sure to include your Microsoft account email address in the form so that they can contact you.
