Configuring Delegate settings in Outlook
THose options are tied in to the "Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me" option found under the Permissions dialog. If none of the three delegate account have been configured with said option, the radio buttons will be grayed out, as the settings arent really in use in such scenario.

Thanks for this answer. It came very handy for me.
Issue:
The option "Deliver meeting requests addressed to me and responses to meeting requests where I am the organizer" in grayed out in Outlook.
Resolution:
Step 1:
Open Outlook --> File menu --> Info --> Account Settings --> Delegate Access
Step 2:
To enable the options in the Delegates popup window, select the delegate --> Click Permissions
Step 3:
Select Editor access for Calendar. Select the checkbox "Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me".
Step 4:
Now the option will no longer be grayed out. You can select the radio button that you need.
