combine "mail.one" mails in outlook

I want to combine several email addresses in Outlook. Why does Outlook import the folders I created in "mail.one" but not the emails in them?

When you are trying to combine email addresses or import folders from one email account

(let us say "mail.one") to another in Outlook, the success of the import depends on various factors, and the behavior may differ based on the email service providers involved.

Here are some general steps and considerations:

  1. Export from "mail.one":
    • In "mail.one," you should export the emails or folders you want to transfer. This is usually done through the email client's export feature.
    • The exported data is typically saved in a specific file format (e.g., PST for Outlook).
  2. Import into Outlook:
    • Open Outlook and use the "Import/Export" feature to import the exported data.
    • Navigate to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
    • Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
    • Select the file type (e.g., Outlook Data File (.pst)) and click "Next."
    • Browse to the location where you saved the exported data and follow the prompts to complete the import.
  3. Considerations:
    • Folder Structure: Ensure that the folder structure is maintained during the export and import process.
    • Compatibility: Confirm that the email export file format is compatible with Outlook.
    • Permissions: If the emails in "mail.one" have restricted permissions, it might affect the export/import process.
    • Server-Side Differences: If "mail.one" and Outlook are hosted on different email servers, there might be limitations or differences in how they handle data.
  4. Troubleshooting:
    • If you encounter issues, check for error messages during the import process. They might provide insights into what went wrong.
    • Ensure that both "mail.one" and Outlook are properly configured and connected.

Remember that the specific steps may vary slightly based on the versions of "mail.one" and Outlook you are using. If you encounter difficulties or have specific error messages, referring to the help documentation of both email clients or contacting their support teams may be beneficial.
