To clear the cache in Outlook for Mac, you can follow these steps:
- Ensure your computer is connected to the server.
- Navigate to Tools > Accounts on the Outlook toolbar.
- In the left pane, select the account you wish to reset.
- Click the three dots on the bottom left and choose Reset Account from the menu.

LeonPavesic , reading through Microsoft documentation, it doesn't become clear to me whether "Reset Account' only clears the cache. Would I lose other settings when I reset, like for instance signatures or shared mailboxes?
In https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/clear-the-cache-in-outlook-for-mac-6f230dfa-7f12-4606-bb1a-55ee19087033 it describes an alternative way to clear the cache only, which would be fine, except that the Outlook for Mac v 16.89 I'm using does not have the Properties right-click menu item.
