Clear a single category using Quick Steps

I'm also waiting for an answer/solution from Microsoft.
Until now, I was solving it with 'Clear categories'. But now I came into a situation where I want to remove 1 category and keep the other categories.

- How has no one else had this request? I echo the above sentiments.
- You cannot remove only one category via rules natively. Create a script or an add-in to do that.
- I have four categories. I want to set up a quick step to remove two of those categories. If that functionality isn't available through quick steps, that seems like an oversight or an enhancement that's long overdue.
