Classic Outlook crashes when right-clicking in email body

We have multiple users across different Microsoft 365 tenants experiencing the same issue today.

Symptoms:
- Right-clicking in the body of a new email, reply, or forward causes Outlook to crash immediately.
- Event Viewer:

• Faulting application: OUTLOOK.EXE
• Faulting module: mso.dll
• Exception code: 0xc0000005

- Office versions observed:

• 6.0.20026.20140
• 16.0.20026.20182

- Multiple independent companies affected.

- An Office Online Repair resolved the issue on a few affected machines.
- An Office Update also resolved the issue on a affected machine
