Character issues in Outlook (apostophe, possible others)

Hi,

newest issue: Characters are not showing correctly. The testcase is as follows. Below (in this forum, this post) you will find the original character set posted and it is showing correctly the apostrophe ' -- Compare this with screenshot, which is the same data. The character is turned or flipped around for not obvious reason. Both chars have been entered with the same keyboard, the same settings, etc.
