Can`t synchronize mail in Outlook 2016 grrr.

Seriously you are the worst e-mail service ever besides Yahoo. Always some problems. All of sudden I can`t sync my folders with Outlook 2016. Outlook prompted me also for a password but the pass is correct. I have checked it loging thru website. WTF? What changed? Did you changed some server setting or what? Jeezez always problems with hotmail.... It is so frustrating.
