Can't Sign in to Outlook Desktop

I can login online to the Microsoft outlook 365 website, but anytime I try to login to outlook on my computer I get the following error

This issue started when Windows asked me to change my password. Normally it would have asked me to log back in but instead I got this error over and over again. I've uninstalled 365 (The app and the classic version) and reinstalled it. I've restarted my computer and still not able to login. I've asked our IT admin but he hasn't been able to solve it as of yet. I figured I'll post here and see if anyone has had any experience with this.
