Can't send

hi, I use 3 emails in my outlook. 2 are fine and though the 3rd one, I can  receive but can't send. This is a new problem that has only occurred a week ago.  The provided of this email checked and confirmed that there are no issues from their side and asked me to check with outlook. Any ideas ?
