Can't send Spectrum emails in Outlook, Spectrum blames outlook
Running Windows 11 and using default "Mail" program, but that's going away and we're supposed to use the "new" Outlook. I have set up multiple email accounts there, yahoo, hotmail, and spectrum. ...
Apparently it IS Outlook trying to sync emails to its cloud before sending out .. please see my post on the spectrum community site:

This thread is marked as Solved but what is the resolution? Access to the link listed by James Kunz is denied. My problem is with their mail.twc.com server when I am traveling out of state, my Classic Outlook hangs. Of course Spectrum says its an Outlook problem since web access works, but we all know that they own the server. Mail on my iPad also fails same way when traveling.
