Can't "send as" Group in New Outlook

In "New Outlook" for Mac 16.56 using Exchange (Office 365), I can't seem to send email as a Microsoft 365 Group for which I have "send as" permission as a delegate. When I try to add the Group by going to Accounts -> Delegation and Sharing -> Shared with Me -> Open these additional mailboxes, I get an error "Cannot open this mailbox. We encountered an error while adding account. Please try again."

 

I can successfully add the Group and send email as it if I go back to "old" Outlook.

 

Any ideas? Thanks

    dagordon17 Hi, I have the same issue, and therefore I was using the old Outlook, but it seams we cannot change any more to the old interface 😞
