Can't select multiple items with ctrl-click

Equally as frustrating was removing Ctrl-Shift-V (paste text raw), and replacing it with... oh yeah, nothing at all. So that Microsoft reformatting your text on the fly is no longer optional, it's mandatory. Microsoft Knows Best!
