Cant see my emails after holiday. I didnt not delete anything but none of my mails are there anymore

I think its a sync issue but none my mails older than 1 month are there. All boxes such as archive, junk or deleted are empty although i did not delete anything. This happened after i went holiday and its not just on my phone but also on the web. Please help me recover my mails!
