Can't see Mail Rules in Outlook Version 1.2024.916.200 (Production).
Hi. I updated my Outlook to Outlook Version 1.2024.916.200 (Production), using Windows 10 Home build 19045.4894. But there is now no access to Mail Rules. My settings / gear icon for mail does not t...
I also just recently started with the New Outlook, and to my surprise the option to create rules has disappeared.
The solutions I get, like the one above is not available when I try it.
Click "Settings" , Select Mail > Rules is not available in the options list.
And this is also for a lot of other functionalities that where available in the classic Outlook like e.g. the Archive settings, ...
Microsoft: DO something about this.
What type of email account do you use? IMAP or Exchange? Rules are not supported in IMAP accounts.
honestly, think classic Outlook is better for IMAP accounts, in part because new Outlook syncs the IMAP mailbox to Microsoft servers while classic is a direction to the IMAP server.
