Can't receve mails on Outlook for Office 365

Hi, I do not receive mail as soon as it is sent to me. Mail arrives only when I click on the sent folder and then receive folder or when I turn off and restart the outlook. Mail arrives on my phone as soon as it is sent to me. I set BITS to auto refresh and it doesn't work either (it was previously set to manual). What sould i do?

    It's hard to give you as solution. If you decrease cache mode for 3 days, does it work fine?

    I have seen some issues when users have a lot of items in default folders.
