Cant quick print png or jpeg on outlook

Good day

All our users who used to quick print from their outlook mail png and jpeg attachements,

can not do so anymore

> is there a reason as to why

> is there a work around to get it back to that state

> are there any patches to run on the outlook to get it back to that state
