Can't open Mailbox or Calendar for Group account

I'm trying to get access to a group calendar and I can't seem to access these resources even though I'm a member and owner of a group.  The group doesn't populate in the desktop version of Outlook and I get a permissions error when trying to add the group in Outlook on the Web.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
