Cant move emails to pst files

I've just started having the same issue in the last few days so does appear to be related to an update. Ability to use pst folders was one of the features I waited for before trying new outlook so now switching back to classic.
I think you are right because the issue seems to be fixed. I just managed to drag an email to pst and it stayed there- instead of bouncing back as it has been doing for the past few days. Trouble is, New Outlook is so unreliable there is no guarantee that an issue is ever truly fixed.
