Cant move emails to pst files

I recently moved to 11 as well and had the same issue. Because there are several other things I do not like about the new Outlook I decided to switch back to "classic" Outlook (you have that option). That may not be the solution you are looking for but it does work. Sidebar - my next feat is to figure out how to get Outlook to default to classic when I open it because it always wants to start with new Outlook and every time you turn it off they ask you to do a survey of why - frustrating after the first few times....................
