Cant move emails to pst files
A few months ago New Outlook added support for pst files making it possible to drag emails from IMAP inboxes into pst . This worked fine for a while but this week it has stopped working, now if I try...
My apologies, I don't think I saw that you were using New Outlook, but the export feature should work for that too.
I just tested moving emails from IMAP to a PST and from PST to IMAP and it worked for me.
Are you using a licensed 365 business apps subscription?
I am the primary user on a Microsoft 365 Family subscription
Ok, the PST function should work, is that account the primary account in the New Outlook account settings?
Yes it is the primary account and it was working fine until a few days ago. This is an issue Microsoft needs to resolve.
