Cant move emails to pst files
The PST is most likely corrupted. I would create a new one, you can do so by exporting the current PST to a new one and name it something else. It also could be too large, or just very old. If it's too big (49 gigs) then you need to create two PST and manually move data around. It's time consuming but PST do tend to get too big and that's the option I help with.
I have exported the pst file but the same problem occurs. I also have an archive.pst file, which exhibits the same issue. I think this is (yet another) problem with New Outlook.

My apologies, I don't think I saw that you were using New Outlook, but the export feature should work for that too.
I just tested moving emails from IMAP to a PST and from PST to IMAP and it worked for me.
Are you using a licensed 365 business apps subscription?

Ok, the PST function should work, is that account the primary account in the New Outlook account settings?
