Can't log into Outlook.com

I am using my wife's side of the computer because on my side, I cannot login to Microsoft.com, Outlook.com, etc. When I got to sign in, I am taken to an empty window. Not a blank screen, just an empty window. I have tried several browsers with the same result. I am at a loss.
