Can't drag emails to desktop or attach email to new email

Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.411.200 (Production)

I am trying the new Outlook version and I can no longer drag emails to my desktop or insert an Outlook item into a new email. Will this feature come later? I rely on this a lot as I am always referencing emails in other emails or needing to save emails quickly.
