Can't collapse all groups in new Outlook?
Hi, I just downloaded the new Outlook app to try and I don't see a way to collapse all groups nor could I find anything in the help menu. Is this not possible with the new version? I have a lot...
Yeah, I'd go back to the old one, but all my templates for emails disappeared in the old one. Also, all the delayed emails I have for the next year (41 messages) don't even show up in the new outlook. They are only in the classic, but the one I created in the new isn't in the classic, so I'm out of luck, I guess.
I found a work-around for the messages in my outbox with delayed sending. In old outlook, I moved those messages to the Draft folder. Then I opened the new outlook and they were in the draft folder waiting to be sent. I redid all the send dates to be sure.
