Cannot use IOS 365 mobile app

I have a personal and a business subscription with Office 365. I am signed in to both on my iPhone. When I attempt to do anything except read a file, I get a message saying that they cannot create the document, etc and to try again later. Trying again doesn’t work. Per usual, no live support is available through Microsoft. Please help!
