Cannot send emails to AOL or Yahoo

Hi, for months I have not been able to send email to either AOL or Yahoo email address. Every other one works.   Is there a fix for this?   Thanks Liam Hayward

mailconceptonenmcom I contacted Microsoft support and they helped resolve the issue. 

I have my own domain and hadn’t got SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on my settings. With all these missing some emails had been flagged as spam and more recently weren’t getting to AOL or Yahoo at all. Now they’re set up emails seem to be getting through ok.

      IMikeLDN   who did you call.. when I called I couldnt get to a human..Not clear to me how you fixed it

      _jap108 I logged onto my account and clicked on through to support. I explained the issues and they followed up and offered a phone call.

        I have a friend who is a MS Office employee. What I found out is that they are aware of the problem but have no plan to fix it. Aol / Yahoo/ Hotmail are no longer supported and so they are not working for a fix... MikeLDN
