Cannot Send eMail from Outlook 2016
I have 4 different eMail accounts between myself and family members. We all use Outlook 2016 to send and read eMails. This is happening on 2 different desktops at the same time.
This morning all 4 accounts started receiving errors when trying to send eMails. We have no problem receiving eMails.
Sending reported error (0x800CCC67). ESMTP server temporarily not available, please contact support.
Our Internet provider is Xfinity and they claim there is no issue on their part.
I have tried everything that I could find info on. I turned off the firewall, anti virus pgms, etc. But still have this issue.
When I log into my Xfinity account , I can send and receive eMails. It only happens while using Outlook.
Anyone have any idea what might be going on suddenly. Does it look like an Outlook Server issue, Xfinity issue or my issue?

Update to this issue. Problem went away by itself about 4 days after it occurred. Was not able to speak to a human being at Microsoft to discuss issue. Received 0 responses from anybody that works at Microsoft via this Forum. Spoke to 8 people at Xfinity. Half of them blamed Microsoft. The other half was clueless and read from a script.
The bottom line is when a customer has an issue with a software product that they purchased, you are alone.
