Cannot see activated font in Powerpoint - HELP!!

Can anyone help me please...?
I have to computers, but only one of them have a problem with Powerpoint.

1) When I open Powerpoint is says "We weren't able to load all your fonts. Some fonts may be missing".
2) I have a MacBook Pro 2018 / Sonoma 14.0
3) I have activated the font Neuzeit Grotesk, an Apple font in Creative Cloud
4) Its activated and works in other programs
5) Its activated on my other computer: mac Mini 2023 / Sonoma 14.1.1
6) I have tried to reinstall Powerpoint again

Nothing works - what to do??
